Origin of Genesis Medical Spa of Savannah

Genesis was founded in September 2007 by Dr. Kathy Chu.

The word Genesis means origin, beginning, spring, or source. For Dr. Chu, founding Genesis Medical Spa was exactly that; an exciting new beginning.

As a practicing physician for over 20 years, Dr. Chu was well acquainted with the effects of aging, stress, and other enviromental factors of the skin.

Dr. Chu was experiencing these same effects and wanted to be able to offer solutions for not only coping with, but also improving the skin and body.

Dr. Chu envisioned a facility where clients could relax and receive the appropriate services to enhance their life.
