Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling an appointment is the best way to ensure that you receive the service you want, when you want it.

Where are you located?

We are housed in the building of Chatham Internal Medicine Practice at the corner of Paulsen and 63rd Street, behind Calvary Baptist School. Drive in the Paulsen Street entrance and drive toward the fence. There is reserved spa parking near the back. The entrance is under the chocolate-colored awning.

What services do you offer?

We offer complimentary consultations in advice of facials, chemical peels, laser hair reduction, intense pulse light, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, pre-natal massage, hot stone treatments, microdermabrasion, cosmetic application, epi-blading, waxing, hand and foot smoothing treatments, cellulite treatments, facial lymphatic drainage and spider vein treatment. Botox®, Dysport™ and Juvéderm™ are all performed by Dr. Kathy Chu.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Come as you are. Spa gowns are provided for skin care and massage therapy services.

How do I know which facial I need?

We offer a complimentary consultation so you can discuss this at that time or with your esthetician at the time of service.

Is gratuity included in the price of the service?

No, as a medical spa the estheticians do not accept tips. However, we encourage you to return for another service if you are happy with your treatment. Our massage therapists are contract employees and therefore accept tips for massage services.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Gift certificates are available in any amount, and for any spa service.
