We are housed in the building of Chatham Internal Medicine Practice at the corner of Paulsen and 63rd Street, behind Calvary Baptist School. Drive in the Paulsen Street entrance and drive toward the fence. There is spa parking at three reserved slots. The entrance is under the chocolate-colored awning.
